Returns a flag indicating whether the image is ready to be downloaded from the camera

DriverExceptionAn error occurred that is not described by one of the more specific ASCOM exceptions. The device did not successfully complete the request.
Remarks
If True, there is an image from the camera available. If False, no image is available and attempts to use the ImageArray method will produce an exception
