Returns a flag indicating whether the image is ready to be downloaded from the camera

true if [image ready]; otherwise, false.
Exceptions
ExceptionCondition
NotConnectedExceptionIf the device is not connected
DriverExceptionAn error occurred that is not described by one of the more specific ASCOM exceptions. Include sufficient detail in the message text to enable the issue to be accurately diagnosed by someone other than yourself.
Remarks
If true, there is an image from the camera available. If false, no image is available and attempts to use the ImageArray method will produce an exception
