Exceptions

Exception	Condition
PropertyNotImplementedException	If this property is not available.
NotConnectedException	If the device is not connected.
DriverException	An error occurred that is not described by one of the more specific ASCOM exceptions. The device did not successfully complete the request.

Remarks

Optional property, can throw a PropertyNotImplementedException

This property should return a value between 0.0 and 100.0 where 0.0 = clear sky and 100.0 = 100% cloud coverage
