Parameters
- RightAscension Double
- The destination right ascension (hours).
- Declination Double
- The destination declination (degrees, positive North).
Return Value
PierSideThe side of the pier on which the telescope would be on if a slew to the given equatorial coordinates is performed at the current instant of time.
