Remarks
In normal mode (see ObservedMode) this will output a refracted or unrefracted coordinate depending on the value of the Refraction property.
In observed mode the value will always be the unrefracted value.
Exceptions
| TransformUninitialisedException | Exception thrown if an attempt is made to read a value before any of the Set methods has been used or if the value can not be derived from the information in the last Set method used. E.g. topocentric values will be unavailable if the last Set was a SetApparent and one of the Site properties has not been set. |
